The fiberboard inside the seatback was cracked in half. A steel channel and a steel square epoxied in place and it's good as new -
This is the steel channel I found at the hardware store to fix the seatback -
Installed brand new side sill seals to keep things nice and dry -
Destroyed old side sill door seal
